Banner Details:
- Two sizes to choose from;
Small pennants measure 4.25" by 6". Letters approx 4" tall.
Large pennants measure 5.5" by 7.5". Letters are 5" tall
- Banner will be pre-strung, ready to hang with approx 2'ft of excess ribbon on each side for hanging.
- Pennants will come in light pink, letters are in gold glitter and the heart will be in a dark pink glitter.
