Because all our items are handmade and made to order. Our processing time currently is 3-5 business days before shipping. If you need something sooner, please send us a email to see what options we have for you. Thank you!
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Exchanges on non personalized items can be made within 5 days of receipt. Item must be unopened and unused.
- No returns or exchanges on any personalized items
- all shipping costs will be buyers responsibility
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Changes or cancellations for can be made as long as your order has not been created/assemble. Cancellations (if agreed upon) once the items have been created/assembled, you will be charged 35% of the sale price.
*** ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED once created are custom name or initial toppers and confetti. Anything that has been personalized with names, dates or surnames.
